How much is a photo session?
Our photo sessions are $69.00.
What is included in my photo session?
All props, costumes and fairy magic are included in your photo session. We will provide everything to make your fairy look fabulous and enjoy her photo shoot. Images, prints and canvases are at an additional cost. Please see our price list.
How long will a session take?
Each session is 20 minutes duration, however you will need to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled session start time so that your child has time to select the costume and to dress up. Please allow 10 minutes after your session to re-dress etc.
How do I choose my images?
You will be invited back a few days after your photo session to view all of the beautiful images that were taken. Alternatively you can pre-pay for the package of 4 images or more and the proofs would be emailed to you to choose from. After choosing your favourite images, you can select which animals you would like to include, to make your artwork unique. Every image is handcrafted to your liking and we will work with you to ensure you are happy with your images so that you end up with a product that you are overjoyed with.
Do I receive a digital file?
All ordered images come as high-resolution download files. The link to download the images will be emailed to you. Canvases and prints can also be ordered. All orders come with a screen-sized resolution image, which is great for sharing on your Facebook or Instagram account and emailing to friends and family.
What if I cancel my booking?
We understand this happens from time to time. In the current Covid-19 environment, if you need to cancel your session please contact us at least 1 hour before your scheduled session time for a full refund. There will be no refund for no show or late notification.
How will I receive my prints or canvases?
Your ordered canvases and prints will be posted to you at your specified address.
Should I book two sessions if I have two or more children?
Two siblings can share one session unless the youngest is under 2.5yrs, in which case we need more time and you'll need to book a double session. Please contact us if you would like to include 3 or more children in your session.
Can I book sessions for boys?
Yes, boys are very welcome. We offer Peter Pan, Elf and Knight options.
What is the age limit?
We recommend these sessions for children 8-months+ when they can sit up on their own. There is no upper age limit. We love photographing teens and adults.
Can mum and dad be photographed with children?
Parents are very welcome to participate in the session. There is no extra charge for this. We've got adult costumes size 6-24 for mums. Dads need to bring their own outfit.
Can adults have a session ?
Absolutely! All ages are very welcome! We love photographing adults as fairies and would personally help plan the session with you.
Do I need to bring anything to my session?
We just ask that you bring a hairbrush. Everything else will be provided for you.
Do you do hair and makeup?
We help with hair for younger children. Normally hair is undone or in a ponytail. However we don't do hair styling or makeup.
Is a payment plan available?
Yes, payment plans for orders are welcome. No proof of finances is required.
Set up fee is $20. Minimum deposit is $150. Maximum payment plan duration is 6 months. Each payment is be no less than $50. You specify the payment amounts and dates. All orders will be sent when full payment has been received.
When do I need to pay the $69.00 for my session?
Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Please contact us should you wish to discuss the payment.
